【摘要】 目的 :寻找灭钉螺增效剂。方法 :柱色谱分离 ,IR ,1HNMR ,MS鉴定结构 ,杀螺剂实验室终筛法捡测灭螺效果。结果和结论 :从槟榔果干燥成熟种子核中分离出灭钉螺的有效组分 (A) ,鉴定为槟榔碱。与植物灭钉螺药 (商陆皂甙 )和化学灭钉螺药 (五氯酚钠 )等联合使用 ,可显著降低二者的投药量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect increasing action of Areca catech for molluscicide.Method:Experiments were conducted on the effect increasing components isolated from the dry nut of A.catech .Result:Arecoline has been proved the most effect increasing component.Conclusion:When used with SPA arecoline could reduce markedly the doses of the two agents.
