【摘要】 目的 :探讨人大肠癌转移与Ⅳ型胶原酶的关系。 方法 :应用明胶酶谱分析法检测了 31例大肠癌组织Ⅳ型胶原酶的活性 ,并用RT PCR方法检测了 92KDⅣ型胶原酶RNA的表达情况。 结果 :在伴有转移的大肠癌标本中 ,Ⅳ型胶原酶的活性形式与非活性形式表达均较高 ,92KDⅣ型胶原酶的mRNA在转移癌中高表达。 结论 :Ⅳ型胶原酶与大肠癌的转移密切相关更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the relationship of metastasis in hum an colorectal cancer with type Ⅳ collagenases.Methods:To dete ct quantitatively the activity of type Ⅳ collagenases with the method of gelati n-embedded SDS-PAGE and study 92KD collagenase gene expression with RT-PCR meth od in 31cases of colorectal cancer.Results:The activity of bot h active and latent forms of type Ⅳ collagenases in metastatic cases was higher than that of nonmetastasis ones,and 92KD type Ⅳ collagenase gene expression wa s also high in accordance with its activity.Conclusion:The met astasis of human colorectal cancer is closely related to type Ⅳ collagenases.更多还原
