【摘要】 目的 :探讨转化生长因子β1(TGF - β1)与原发性肝癌(PHC)发生发展的关系。方法 :采用TGF - β1 多克隆抗体对29例人原发性肝癌组织进行ABC免疫组化标记 ,并做半定量分析。结果 :在25例肝细胞肝癌中TGF - β1表达显著高于正常肝组织及癌旁组织。高危转移组患者其表达明显高于低危转移组。TGF - β1 表达与肝细胞损伤血清学指标GPT及γ -GT有相关关系。结论 :TGF - β1 与肝细胞肝癌的发生发展密切相关 ,TGF - β1 水平增高可增加肝细胞肝癌的转移危险性。更多还原
