【摘要】 目的　探讨动脉化疗对晚期胰腺癌的治疗作用。方法　 78例晚期胰腺癌 ,经股动脉穿刺、选择性动脉插管 ,灌注 5 -Fu、表阿霉素、顺铂 ,间歇 1～ 3个月 ,灌 2～ 8次。有黄疸者手术行胆道内引流术 ,其中植入化疗泵 12例。结果　生存期 3～ 3 6个月 ,中位生存期 9.8个月 ,瘤体大部分缩小 ,有的消失。大部分患者痛疼消失或明显减轻。结论　动脉灌注化疗对于不适宜手术的晚期胰腺癌或手术未能切除者 ,是值得选择的较好治疗方法 ,可明显提高患者生存质量及生存期。更多还原

【Abstract】 ? Objective to investigate the therapeutic effects of intra arterial chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods 78 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer were treated with intraarterial infusion of 5 Fu,EDR and DDP(or MMC).Results The survival time of the patients was 3 to 26 months,with a mean survial time 9.8 months.Most of the tumors became small or disaprear.Pain was alleviated in most of the patients.Conclusions Intra arterial chemotherapy is effective on unresectable advanced pancreatic cancer which may improve the quality of life and prolong the survival time of the patients. 〔更多还原
