【摘要】 目的　对军事医学科学院毒物药物研究所和北京四环制药厂研制生产的紫杉醇注射液进行临床验证。方法　共收治三种晚期恶性肿瘤病人 10 0例 ,其中乳腺癌 40例 ,肺癌 3 2例 ,卵巢癌 2 8例。紫杉醇每次剂量 175mg/m2 ,3小时静脉输注 ,每 3周 1次为一周期。在紫杉醇化疗前常规给予地塞米松、西米替丁和苯海拉明 (或非那根 )预防过敏反应。结果　紫杉醇注射液对乳腺癌的有效率为 40 .0 %卵巢癌为 2 5 .9% ,非小细胞癌为 3 0 .8% ,小细胞肺癌为 16.7%。主要不良反应为白细胞减少、肌肉及关节疼痛、手足麻木和脱发。结论　本研究所用的紫杉醇制剂及剂量安全有效 ,病人可以耐受。更多还原

【Abstract】 ? Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of domestic pacilitaxel in patients with advanced malignacies.Methods Paclitaxel was administered by iv infusion at a dose of 175mg/m 2 in 3 hour every three weeks.All patients received premedication of dexamethasone,diphenhydramine and cimetidine to prevent allergic reactions.Results Of 100 patients,99 patients received 1 to 2 cycles of therapy and were evaluated for response.The overall response rate for breast cancer was 40.0%,for ovarian cancer was 25.9%,for non small cell lung cancer 30.8%,for small cell lung cancer 16.7%.The major toxicity associated with paclitaxel included neutropenia,myalgia,arthralgia,numbness of hands and feet and alopecia.Conclusions At the above mentioned dose and schedule,paclitaxel is effective and well tolerated. 〔更多还原
