【摘要】 目的 :观察解毒化瘀汤灌洗治疗大鼠慢性骨髓炎的疗效。方法 :建立慢性骨髓炎动物模型 ,随机分成 3组 :中药组、抗菌溶液组及生理盐水组 ,闭式灌洗治疗 1月 ,按设计分期观察白细胞计数、血清溶菌酶含量、骨 X线、病理组织学等指标。结果 :中药组与生理盐水组之间有非常显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;在血清溶菌酶、骨 X线指标方面 ,中药组明显优于抗菌溶液组 ( P<0 .0 5)。结论 :解毒化瘀汤有效抑制慢性骨髓炎的发展过程 ,可能与其提高机体免疫能力有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe ther effects extractant from Jiedu Huayu decoction on lavaging chronic osteomyelitis rat models.Methods:Chronic osteomyelitis model S D rats animals were randomly divided into 3 groups:extractant from jiedu Huayu decoction group,antisepitc solution group and normal saline group.All were lavaged for 1 month.The comparative observation of model animals were taken through blood leukocyte count,serum lusozyme activity,bone X rays,roentgenography and histological manifestation at the fixed time.Results:Great significant contrast were found between the results of extractant from Jiedu Huayu decoction group and those of normal saline group (P<0.01).Contrasted the results of extractant from Jiedu Huayu decoction group with antiseptic solution group,differences were made clear in respects of serum lusozyme activity and bone X rays (P<0.05).Conclusion:Extractant from Jiedu decoction preventing effectly chronic osteomyelitis deterioration may be related to its improving the organism immune function.更多还原
