【摘要】 观察骨康口服液防治通过切除卵巢诱发的绝经后骨质疏松症大鼠模型骨丢失的药效。通过双能Ｘ线扫描、血清激素水平测试等实验，结果显示：骨康组大鼠的骨矿含量（ＢＭＣ）和骨密度（ＢＭＤ），以及血清中雌二醇（Ｅ２）、降钙素（ＣＴ）和骨钙素（ＢＧＰ）的含量均明显高于造模组。提示骨康能够提高去势大鼠的ＢＭＣ和ＢＭＤ，纠正大鼠去势后体内Ｅ２、ＣＴ、ＢＧＰ水平较低的状况，具有抑制骨吸收和促进骨形成的双重作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This experiment observed the effects of herb “Gukang” on preventing and treating bone-loss of PMOP rat models which made by ovariectomy.By Dual energy X-ray scaning and serum hormone contents test,the results showed that the datas of BMC,BMD,E 2,CT and BGP of “Gukang” group rats higher significantly than OVX group’s all,which suggest that “Gukang” could increase BMC and BMD,institute secretion of E 2,CT and BGP,be of the double-action of suppresing bone-absorption and promoting osteosis.更多还原
