平均故障间隔时间保证试验风险研究

【摘要】 在对美国军用手册［１］ＭＩＬ－ＨＤＢＫ－７８１提出的ＭＴＢＦ保证试验方法进行深入研究的基础上，重点研究了试验的前提条件及其作用和使用方风险。并针对舰船产品的特点，从理论和实践两个方面论证了ＭＴＢＦ保证试验在工程上是实用的，其风险可被使用方接受。

【Abstract】 On the basis of deepgoing studies on MTBF assurance test procedure suggested in MIL-HDBK -781, this paper investigates the test prerequisite conditions and effects, and consumer’s risks. Fur- thermore. It is demonstrated, focusing on the features of ship products, in terms of theory and practice, that the MTBF assurance test is practical in technique and acceptable in risk to the consumer.
