废新闻纸酶法脱墨过程中纤维形态的变化
Change of Fiber Morphology during Deinking of ONP with Cellulases
【摘要】 在酶法脱墨条件下 ,单纯的内切酶作用不会导致纤维平均长度和粗度的下降 ,这是纤维改性的基础 ,而内切酶和外切酶的协同作用使纤维的平均长度和粗度下降 ,是纸浆物理强度下降的原因之一。废新闻纸中的纤维与纤维素酶的作用可按下列步骤进行 :纤维表面的细小物质或细纤维首先被降解 ,从而使纸浆的滤水性能得到改善 ;纤维表面进一步发生剥皮作用 ,从而使纤维表面更为光滑 ;内切酶和外切酶的协同作用使纤维的横断面遭到蚕食 ,进而发生断裂
【Abstract】 Under the deinking conditions,only endoglucanases treatment does not result in the reduction of fiber average length or coarseness,it is fundamentally used to modify pulp fiber. On the other hand,the synergetic effect of endoglucanases and cellobiohydrolases could lead to the cross corrosion or even cross breakage of the fibers,and this is probably the major cause of reduction of fiber average length and strength. The probable enzymatic hydrolysis paths under the deinking conditions are put forward as follows:(1) the enzymatic hydrolysis of the small element or fibrils at the fiber surface,which can cause the improvement of the pulp drainage; (2) the random hydrolysis along the fiber surface,so-called the peeling action,leading to cleaner fiber surface; (3) the selective hydrolysis at some defects resulting in the cross corrosion or even breakage of the fiber and reducing the fiber length and strength.
