【摘要】 目的 :探讨青春前期男性儿童不同体脂含量与性器官发育的关系。方法 :对 730名 8岁、10岁男性儿童进行横断面调查。结果 :8岁、10岁男性儿童睾丸大小、阴茎长度横径有显著性差异 ;体脂比在 35 %以下的 8岁、10岁男性儿童睾丸横径、长径各组间无显著差异 ( P >0 .0 5 ) ;体脂比在 35 %以上组男性儿童左右睾丸长径、横径均低于其它组 ;8岁、10岁男性儿童阴茎长度随体脂比上升而下降 ,体脂比与阴茎长度呈负相关关系。结论 :青春前期过度肥胖与性器官发育不良有着一定的联系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Our purpose was to study the relationship between body composition and the development of sexual organ among boys in prepuberty. Methods:A cross section investigation was conducted in 730 boys aged 8 and 10 years. Results:The size of both testices had no significant difference in groups with % BF less than 35%,and these indexes of the group with % BF more than 35% are less than those of the other groups; With the % BF increasing,the length of penis descended. There was negative relationship between penis length and % BF. Conclusion:Massive obesity is associated with the maldevelopment of sex organs in prepuberty.更多还原
