【摘要】 探讨快 慢型房室结折返性心动过速 (AVNRT)射频消融治疗的方法学。 7例快 慢型AVNRT患者 ,在心动过速发作时 ,寻找慢径最早心房出口作为靶点行射频消融治疗。6例消融成功。与冠状静脉窦口 (CSp)相比 ,成功靶点A波提前程度平均为 9.8± 1.3ms。手术时间 87± 2 4min ,X线曝光时间 2 7± 12min ,无并发症 ,随访无 1例复发。结论 :激动标测寻找最早心房出口点作为消融靶点 ,是射频消融治疗快 慢型AVNRT安全有效的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the methodology of radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) on fast slow atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT),the earliest atrial exit of the slow pathway during the tachycardia was selected as the target spot in 7 patients with fast slow AVNRT,where RFCA was applied.Results: Six of the seven cases were successfully ablated.Comparied with the proximal of coronary vein sinus (CSp),the A wave was 9.8±1.3 ms earlier,with the operation duration 87±24 min and exposure duration to X ray 27±12 min.No complications occurred,nor recurrence during the following up.Conclusion: Mapping the electrical excitation to mark the earliest atrial exit as the target spot of ablation,is a safe and effective method for the RFCA of fast slow AVNRT.[Chinese Journal of Cardia Pacing and Electrophysiology,2000,14(3):156～158]更多还原
