【摘要】 目的　探讨 WHOQOL - 10 0量表用于测定药物成瘾者生命质量的可能性。方法　用 WHOQOL - 10 0和 QOL - DA两个量表同时测定 5 4例药物成瘾者并对比分析其信度、效度和反应度。结果　 QOL - DA的效度、信度和反应度均非常好 ;WHOQOL - 10 0的效度较好 ,信度尚可 ,反应度较差。结论　 WHOQOL - 10 0量表只能反映药物成瘾者生命质量中的共性部分 ,不适于其生命质量的全面测评。更多还原

【Abstract】 s Objective To study the possibility of measuring quality of life for drug addicts by WHOQOL 100 scale Method The quality of life for 54 drug addicts was measured by QOL DA and WHOQOL 100 simultaneously and the validity, reliability and responsiveness were analyzed Results The QOL DA is of better validity, reliability and responsiveness; the WHOQOL 100 is of good validity, middle reliability and poor responsiveness Conclusion The WHOQOL 100 scale could only measure the community of quality of life for drug addicts, it is not suitable for complete measurements of quality of life for drug addicts更多还原
