【Abstract】 A Tiger’s Feline panleukopenia virus strain was isolated from the stool of tiger coming from Guilin zoo during molecular epidemiological study.It was demonstrated to be a Tiger’s Feline panleukopenia virus by a series of systematic indentification such as morphology physicochemically, serology cross neutralization test,feline’s infection test,and molecular virology test.更多还原
