【摘要】 艾维茵雏鸡分别于 7日龄和 1 4日龄时以 1 0 0 0、5 0 0 0个E .Tenella卵囊 /只免疫 2次 ,并于首免时注射卡介苗 (BCG)或黄芪多糖 (APS) 1次 ,2 1日龄以 5万和 2 5万卵囊攻击。试验鸡采血时间为 7、1 4、2 1和 2 8日龄。细胞免疫测定指标为淋巴细胞转化水平、E_玫瑰花环形成率、血清溶菌酶含量。结果表明 :BCG和APS能显著提高球虫免疫鸡的淋巴细胞转化水平和E_玫瑰花环形成率 :是鸡体单核_巨噬细胞系统的有效激活剂更多还原

【Abstract】 The chickens were immunized by 1000 and 5000 oocysts of E.tenella at the ages of 7 and 14 days respectively,and injected with BCG or APS at the first immunization,then challenged with 5000 or 25000 oocysts/chicken at 21 days old.Bloody samples were collected at 7,14,21,28 days from the beginning of the experiment for detecting lymphocyte transformation rate,lymphocyte rosette formation rate and the level of lysozyme(LSZ).It indicated that BCG and APS could enhance lymphocyte transformation rate,lymphocyte rosette formation rate significantly,and activate the function of monocyte_macrophage system.更多还原
