【Abstract】 The AGP antigen for Muscovy Duckling Parvovirus(MPV)was successfully developed from fluids from the goose embryos inoculated with MPV isolate M 91 ,which was adapted to the goose embryos. Using the AGP antigen, there is common cross_reaction between the immune sera against MPV and immune sera against Goose parvovirus(GPV).We also succeed in detecting the antibody titer from vaccinated duckling by this AGP method.更多还原
