【摘要】 蜂胶复方消毒剂为将天然蜂胶提纯后溶于７５％乙醇溶液而成，原液含１０％蜂胶。采用载体定量杀菌试验与动物试验，分别观察了其杀菌效果与毒性。结果，其原液按１：６加水稀释液对布片上大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌作用 １５ ｍｉｎ，杀灭率均为 １００％；按 １： ２加水稀释液对布片上白色念珠菌作用 ２０ｍｉｎ，杀灭率为 ９９．９６％～９９．９８％。杀菌效果因有机物存在或该剂存放于 ５４℃下 １４ ｄ而有所下降。其原液对小鼠口服ＬＤ５０＞５０００ｍｇ／ｋｇ，对家兔皮肤刺激反应积分为０，属实际无毒、无刺激物质。更多还原

【Abstract】 The compound disinfectant of bee glue was prepared by dissolving the purified natural bee glue in 75% ethanol solution. Its stock solution contained 10% bee glue. The carrier quantitative germicidal test and animal test were used to observe its germicidal efficacy and toxicity respectively. The results showed that its dilute solution formed by mixing its stock solution with water at a ratio of l: 6 with a 15 minute contact time could kill 100% of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus on cloth strip and the dilute solution formed by adding water at a ratio of 1: 2 with a 20 minute contact time could kill 99.96% - 99.98% of Candida albicans on cloth strip. The germicidal efficacy decreased due to presence of organic substances or after storing at 54℃ for 14 days. The oral LD50 of its stock solution in mice was > 500 mg / kg and the integrated score of skin irritative reaction in rabbits was zero, therefore it belongs to actually non-toxic and non-irritative substance.更多还原
