【摘要】 以细胞感染试验、凝血法、交叉免疫电泳等技术 ,观察荧光与亚甲蓝联用对血浆中水泡性口炎病毒 (VSV)和辛德比斯病毒 (SV)的灭活效果及血浆蛋白的变化。结果 ,向盛装在聚氯乙烯袋内的血浆中加 1μmol/L亚甲蓝并经荧光 (30 0 0 0Lux)照射 30min ,可将血浆中滴度 >7TCID50 (lg)的VSV和SV灭活。消毒后 ,血浆中的Ⅷ :C、Ⅸ :C、纤维蛋白原的回收率 >75% ,白蛋白、球蛋白的回收率 >85% ,蛋白免疫原性无变化更多还原
