【摘要】 目的　本文介绍并讨论了职工医疗保障制度改革中补充医疗保险保费的测算方法。方法　利用四川省职工补充医疗保险需求模式研究的实际资料讨论了经验频数法和限制性Pareto分布法计算保费时的应用条件和计算过程。结果　给出了补充医疗保险保费测算的方法、过程和应用中的注意事项。结论　通过实际应用表明本文提出的两种计算方法在各自的适用范围内是合理有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce and discuss the premium calculation methods for the supplementary plan to Social Health Insurance.Methods Adopting data from `The Study of Supplementary Plan to Social Health Insurance in Sichuan Province’,We discuss the applications of two kinds of premium calculation methods,one is experienced frequency method and the other is limited Pareto distribution method.Results The procedures and important considerations of the two methods are provided.Conclusion Both methods are suitable and efficient,if used properly.更多还原
