【摘要】 目的　探讨桂皮醛对感染根管的消毒作用。方法　通过体内抑菌试验 ,将 5 0例牙髓病、根尖周病随机分为二组 ,桂皮醛消毒根管组 ,甲醛甲酚合剂 (FC)常规对照组 ,观察临床疗效 ,并从中随机各选 10例 ,观察根管消毒前后细菌总数 (需氧菌 ,厌氧菌 )的变化。结果　临床效果经统计学处理 ,两组药物消毒根管 ,差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,两组药物消毒根管后细菌 (厌氧菌 ,需氧菌 )总数变化 ,经统计学处理 ,封药后细菌总数 (OD值 )明显少于封药前。结论　桂皮醛体内抑菌作用与 FC相似 ,可用做感染根管的消毒。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objecitve:to evaluate antibacterial effects of cinnamic aldehyde on infective root canal.Method:50 cases of pulpitis or periobonlitis were collected from clinical patients,and were divided into two groups evaluate clinical effects:cinnamic aldehyde group and control group of formocresol.20 were selected among the 50 cases and divided into two groups:experinmental group of cinnamic aldehyde,control group of bacteria(anaerobic and aerobic bacteria)before and after disinfection of root canals.Result:there is no singnificant difference in between two medicine clinical effects( P >0.05).The number(The OD value of the number of baeteria)of bacteria(anaerobe and aerobe)after disinfetion of root canals is obviously lower than before apical seal is used (p<0.01).Conclusion:the inhibiting bacteria effect of cinnamic aldehyde is similar to that of formcresol.It can be used to disinfect infective root canals.更多还原
