【摘要】 人工诱导痢疾杆菌 D1 5 为稳定 L 型 ,比较原菌、L 型菌生物学性状及致病性的差异。发现 L 型菌除形态、染色、生长特性与原菌不同外 ,尚伴有部分生化反应的消失、对药物的敏感性下降、对小鼠的致病力减弱 ,回复菌则与原菌相同。结果表明痢疾杆菌 D1 5 L 型的生物学性状及致病性与原菌均有差异更多还原

【Abstract】 S.dysenteriae D 15 was induced to stable Lform. The difference between original and Lform in biological property and pathogenicity was contrasted. Lform was found in association with some disappearance of biochemical reaction and drug hyposensitivity as well as weakening pathogenicity of mice aside from differences in form, tinction and growth traic from the original S.dysenteriae.
