聚苯乙烯平板翘曲变形的实验研究

【摘要】 介绍了实验研究聚苯乙烯 (PS)注塑平板翘曲变形的实验装置、测量方法、实验方案 ,并实验分拆两种模具结构、七种成型工艺参数与PS平板翘曲变形之间的关系 ,归纳实验现象 ,探讨了翘曲变形测量的误差来源

【Abstract】 One set of experimental device and methods for measuring warpage of polystyrene injection molded plates were described.Relations between two kinds of molds and seven types of processing parameters and warpage of polystyrene plate were summarized based on the analysis.
