【摘要】 目的　采用夹闭双肾动脉方法建立缺血性肾损害动物模型 ,探讨缺血性肾损害时肾小球系膜细胞内皮素A受体mRNA表达的情况。方法　应用地高辛标记的ETARcDNA探针进行的原位杂交检测肾脏系膜细胞的内皮素A受体mRNA的表达 ,结果　显示缺血性肾损害组动物的肾脏系膜细胞内此素A受体mRNA表达明显高于假手术对照组 ,P <0 0 5。提示 :内皮素可能参与了该疾病的发病过程更多还原

【Abstract】 Ischemic renal damage rats were obtained by cliping the kidney both artery, we used in situ hybridization in examing the expression of ET A-R mRNA in the renal tissue, Compared with the normal group, ET A-Rm RNA expression was significantly higher in the ischemic renal mesangial cell, P<0.05. These finding suggests that the ET may effect on the mechanisme of the renal damage of pathology.更多还原
