【Abstract】 Urbanization rate will be increased from 30% at the present to 60% in 2 030, at that time one sixth of China total land will be managed as urban utilization or influenced by construction. Acceleration of urbanization and ecological garden construction require higher demand for soil and water conservation in urban areas.
