论耕地保护与城镇发展

【摘要】 本文从分析目前城镇建设中存在问题入手 ,提出城镇发展必须以耕地保护为前提 ,实现耕地保护和城镇发展的统一。同时提出实现耕地保护和城镇发展统一的六大具体措施。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the present situation of city development. The result indicates that the speed of city scale expandsion was so fast that cropland decreased rapidly, so city development must be based on cropland protection to realize the unity of cropland protection and city development. This paper provides six measures for this unity.
