【Abstract】 In this paper, the authors mainly studied the air pollution prevention and disposition planning in Jinan using ISCST3 dispersion model,energy requirement model and planning model, and also provided planning schemes including industrial structure adjustment,energy structure regulation, industrial distribution replacement , source configration,pollutant quantum control,population development,clean technics adoption and generalization.This paper will be of great use in preventing air pollution in Jinan.更多还原
