【摘要】 对碱性脂肪酶 Ｇｒｅａｓｅｘ ５０Ｌ在猪皮上的脱脂作用进行了初步研究，将酶处理前后及有无酶处理的皮进 行了油脂抽提试验。结果表明：通过 Ｇｒｅａｓｅｘ ５０Ｌ的作用，皮的油脂含量（二氯甲烷浸提物）显著降低。通 过对试验方案的多次筛选，得到比较适于碱性脂肪酸 Ｇｒｅａｓｅｘ ５０Ｌ作用的工艺条件，油脂去除率可达 ６０％。更多还原

【Abstract】 The degreasing effects of alkaline lipase Greasex 50L had been studied. we can conclude that Greasex 50L has degreasing effects from the fat content analysis of different skin samples before and after treat ment of Greasex 50L.
