锰矿石系列标准物质的研制
Preparation of Series of Certified Reference Materials of Manganese Ores
【摘要】 简要论述了锰矿石系列标准物质的采集、逐级粉碎、过筛、混匀、分装和测试的全过程。用数理统计的方法处理分析数据。采用组间的算术平均值为本标准样品的标准值。样品经颠震试验 ,结果未发生偏析现象。 5年后再测试 ,其结果与原结果吻合。本标准物质均匀、稳定。标准值准确可靠。可供地质、矿山、锰铁合金、锰化工、商检等部门的分析实验室验证锰矿石分析方法 ,及校正分析仪器。
【Abstract】 The paper concisely discussed the total process of the series of certified reference materials of manganese ores, which of collecting, crushing progressively, screening, blending evenly, botling and analyzing. The arithmatical average value of each group was selected and recommended to the certified value of the certified reference materials. A Jolt-test had also been done at the time. No graviational segregation was discovered for the sample. Analyses were replicated five years later and the results were in accordence with original ones. The certified reference materials are homogeneous and stable, their certified data are accurate and reliable. They provid standards for analytical laberatories in departments of Geology, mines, manganese alloys chemical industry of manganese, commodity inspection etc, to examine the analytical methods calibrate analytical instruments.
