【Abstract】 With the change of the worldwide market competition, the global agile manufacturing will become the leading manufacturing model in the 21st century. And the virtual alliance will also become a new organization form of manufacturing enterprises.Based on analysis of the virtual alliance,the strategy of security in the virtual alliance is studied and on a base of SSL protocol the settlement is put forward in this paper.
