RT工艺凝固过程中铸件尺寸精度的热力耦合分析

【摘要】 保证精密铸造中铸件的几何尺寸精度是 RT工艺中十分关键的技术环节。论述了铸造凝固过程分析中的非线性及热力耦合问题 ,采用热力耦合分析的方法对典型件凝固过程的尺寸精度进行了分析 ,数值分析结果与实验结果吻合 ;并将其应用于汽车覆盖件凹模尺寸精度的分析 ,数值分析结果与实际铸件吻合。证实对铸件 /铸型边界模型进行的处理、对有限元分析的时间步长及收敛准则的选取 ,以及采用热力耦合的分析方法对 RT工艺凝固过程中铸件尺寸精度进行的数值分析是正确的、可行的

【Abstract】 The dimensional accuracy of the casting die is as a key technical problem for the RT technology. A detail account about the non-linear and coupled thermo-mechanical analysis of solidification process has been made in this paper.The cylinder part is analyzed adopting the method of coupled thermo-mechanical analysis,the numerical results match with the experimental ones quite well. This method is applied to the numerical simulation of the die of automobile deck part, the simulation results also match with that of the actual casting quite well. All these demonstrate that it is accurate and feasible to make the numerical simulation of dimensional accuracy of casting for RT technology adopting the method of coupled thermo-mechanical analysis, properly disposing the boundary model between casting and mold and properly choosing the convergence criterion and time steps.
