基于层磨法的不同含硫量球铁球墨核心成分的研究
Research on the Components of the Graphite Nucleus of SGI with Different Sulfur Contents by Layer-Polishing
【摘要】 利用层磨法并采用扫描电镜及能谱仪对不同含硫量球铁球墨核心的成分进行了测试研究。结果表明 ,不同原铁水的含硫量和球化剂加入量 ,对球墨的结晶核心会产生影响。高硫铁水 (原铁水中 w( S)≥ 0 .0 2 % )的球墨核心主要为稀土硫化物 ,低硫铁水 (原铁水中 w( S) <0 .0 2 % )的球墨核心主要为硅的化合物。同时 ,以后者为主要核心的石墨球圆整度比前者高 ,球铁的性能也比前者好。
【Abstract】 It is Analyzed that the component of the graphite nucleus in ductile iron by means of SEM、EDXA and layer-polishing method. The results indicated that different sulfur contents and inoculation agents additions affect the nucleation of graphite in ductile iron. That is, the main substance of graphite nucleus is rare earth-sulfides when the level of sulfur of base iron is equal to or exceeds 0.02%, and when it is under 0.02%, whose nodularity mechanical properties are better, the main substance of graphite nucleus is silicon-oxide.
