【摘要】 分析了现存的主要产品拆卸模型 ,提出了基于 Petri网理论考虑拆卸经济性的产品拆卸模型 ,对于部件拆卸、指定零件的拆卸以及产品的完全拆卸 ,相应的拆卸序列物理意义明确 ,生成算法简单。由于拆卸序列的生成和优化考虑到成本 ,因而最优的拆卸序列是切实可行的 ,不足的是网络节点较多更多还原

【Abstract】 Disassembly, as a basic step in product maintenance and recycle, is receiving increasing attention. In this paper a disassembly model is analyzed and a new model reflecting the disassembly economic is presented based on Petri net. Disassembly cost is considered, therefore the optimized disassembly path is feasible for the dismantlement. The physical and mathematical meaning of the proposed model is clear and the computation processes are simple. The results are verified by an existent example.更多还原
