【摘要】 目的　了解延安市居民的口腔卫生观念和行为 ,以据此制定健康教育策略。方法　在延安市属 1 2县、1区、1矿对 4 540名居民进行问卷调查。结果　各人群的刷牙率最高在 90 %以上。 4 9%的被调查者认为刷牙的目的是预防龋齿和牙周病 ,4 4 5%用含氟牙膏。仅 2 74 %～ 1 1 2 3 %认为有必要定期接受口腔检查。结论　口腔健康教育的重点人群应是儿童及老人。建立及加强三级保健网是农村地区改进口腔卫生的基础。学校健康教育课程和“爱牙日”活动是延安地区口腔保健的主要内容。更多还原
