【摘要】 以地高辛为标记物 ,利用PCR方法制备 16SrRNA基因探针与ctxA基因探针 ,经Southern杂交 ,对霍乱弧菌进行分型。对广东地区分离自病人的 6 0株埃尔托型 (EVC)、10株O139群和 2株标准株进行研究。经 16SrRNA基因在探针共分为 4个类型 (A、B、C和D) ,EVC和O139群均以D型为优势克隆。经ctxA基因探针Southern杂交 ,共分为A和B型 ,2株分离自 1998年的EVC为A型 ,其余EVC和O139群均为B型。与国内外资料比较 ,广东地区霍乱弧菌的优势克隆与国内其它地区及东南亚地区的基本一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 Vibrio cholerae strains were differnetiated by using 16SrRNA gene probe and ctx A gene probe.Two probes were developed by PCR method with DIG molecular.60 E1Tor(EVC) and 10 O139 strains isolated form patients in Guangdong province and 2 refrence strains were analysed.By using 16SrRNA gene probe,strains were divided into 4 types(A、B、C and D),and most strains were type B.By using ctx A gene probe,strains were divided into 2 types,and type B was predominant type.Predominant types of strains isolated from Guangdong province cooperated with those of strains from other districts of China and South east of Asia.更多还原
