【摘要】 目的　研究类消胶囊对类风湿性关节炎的治疗作用。方法　对 30例类风湿关节炎患者服用类消胶囊前后进行血清NPT与IL 2R水平测定。 30 0例储血员作为对照组 ,测得NPT≤ 10 0ng/ml、IL 2R≤ 2 5 0u/ml。结果　服药前NPT与IL 2R水平明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 0 1)。服药后NPT与IL 2R测定其平均值明显低于服药前 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论　类消胶囊可降低NPT和IL 2R ,而NPT和IL 2R水平高低与类风湿关节炎密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the leixiao capsule for the treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis(RA).Methods Neopterin(NPT) and soluble intereukin 2 receptor(SIL 2R)in serum of 30 patients of RA were determined before and after the treatment.300 blood donors with the NPT≤10 ng/ml and IL 2R≤250 u/ml were used as controls for comparison of the values in patients with RA before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,the content of NPT and IL 2R were much higher than that of control group.After treatment,the content of NPT and IL 2R were lower than that of before treatment.Conclusion Leixiao capsule can decrease the content of NPT and IL 2R.The level of NPT and IL 2R is apparently related to pathogenesis of RA.更多还原
