【Abstract】 In this paper, the applications of management and decision with information systems technique to giant mechanical and electrical equipment manufacturing project management system, is discussed. Giant mechanical and electrical equipment manufacturing is a important component of a construction project quality assurance and schedule control of the manufacture not only is concerned by the manufacturing enterprise but also connected directly with the management object of all the owner, the government department responsible and the constructing enterprise of the construction project.
