【Abstract】 Aiming at the highlight of international capital market recently, but the difficulty of our country for carrying out market marker rule of secondary board market the paper referred to the experience of other countries, and based on our economic and social conditions. After finishing the concept analysis, operative principle analysis, contrast analysis, quantitative analysis and key factors analysis on market maker rule, we systematically reasoned the feasibility and inevitability of carrying it out in our country.
