【Abstract】 Based on the achievements of indicator system of sustainable development both at home and abroad, and the general principles of sustainable development as well as combining with the model structure of system analysis, the indicator frame are investigated in this paper. This system included three layers: inner layer of subsystem, relating layer and adjusting layer.
