【摘要】 对实验免皮肤连续给药六个月 ,以观察荆楚风湿软膏的长期毒性反应 ,结果显示 :(1)各药膏组及空白膏组的动物在实验期内均未出现死亡。其行为、活动、被毛、粪便等未见异常 ,进食量及体重变化未见明显差异 ;(2 )实验期 3个月、6个月的血清学检查 ,各药膏组与空白药膏组比较无显著差异 ;(3)药膏组与空白药膏组的血液生化测定值基本一致 ;(4 )各药膏组实验兔的系统尸检表明 ,用药期空白药膏组和高剂量药膏组各有一只实验兔的肺心叶有 2～ 3个黄白色绿豆大小圆形结节 ,其他脏器未见明显病变 ;(5)病理组织学检查 ,肉眼见到的肺组织病变镜检为局灶性化脓性炎症 (脓肿 ) ,其他组织未见病理性改变。动物实验结果表明经皮肤连续用药六个月均无毒性反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Jingchu Rheumatism Ointment was applied to the skin of laboratory rabbits for six consecutive months in order to observe its long-term toxic reaction. The results showed:(1)The rabbits in all ointment groups(O) and in all blank ointment groups (B) didn’t die during the experiment.Their behaviour,activity,hair, feces were not found abnormal.Their food-intake and body weight were without any obvious variation;(2) After the experiment periods of three months and six months, the hematology examination of rabbits in all Ogroups and in all B groups was not made with distinct difference;(3) The blood biochemical measurement values in Ogroups and in B groups were basically similar;(4) When the systematic thanatopsia of laboratory rabbits,one rabbit each in a high-dose O group and a B group demonstrated 2-3 yellow-white circular nodes as large as a green bean in lingula pulmonis sinistri.Ohter organs were not found of obvious pathologic changes;(5)With the histopathology examination, the pathologic change of lung tissue seem by naked eyes was a focal suppurative inflammation (abscess) under microscope.The results indicated no toxicity of the ointment inunction for six months.更多还原
