【摘要】 １９９８年７月－８月从上海地区采集的蚊、蠓等标本中分离到１２株病毒，其中有３株电镜观察病毒近似球形，有囊膜，病毒对乙醚、氯仿和胰蛋白酶敏感，对酸、热不敏感，抵抗５－氟脱氧尿苷。经血清－细胞和动物中和试验鉴定，该三株病毒均能被ＡＫＶ病毒高效价免疫血清中和，其余９株病毒未被ＡＫＶ高价免疫血清中和，经初步鉴定证实上述三株病毒为阿卡斑病毒（Ａｋａｂａｎｅ ｖｉｒｕｓ， ＡＫＶ）。阿卡斑病毒在我国的分离尚属首次报道，具有重要的动物流行病学意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 isolates were Obtained from 30 000 mosquitoes collected in Fengxian Country, Shanghai during July and AUgUst 1998 and 3 of them were of spheriform with envelop Under EM. They were sensitive to ether, chloroform and sin, not sensitive to acid and heat treatment and resistant to floxuridine. The three isolates induced CPE in SVP,Vero and BHK-21 cells and were neutralized by AKV hyperimmune serum, while the other nine isolates were not. It was preliminarily demonstrated that the three isolates were Akabane virus. It is the first report on the isolation and identification of the virus in China, having important epizootiological significance.更多还原
