【摘要】 目的 :探讨左房室平面位移 ( L AVPD)在评价左室收缩功能中的价值。方法 :研究对象为冠心病组 30例 ,正常对照组 2 0例。采用 M超测量对应间壁、侧壁、下壁及前壁四个位点的 L AVPD,然后在 2 DE上测量左室 EF值 ,并采用彩色室壁运动分析 ( CK)技术分析对应室壁的局部运动状况 ,加以记分。结果 :1.冠心病组四个位点的L AVPD均值与左室 EF值呈显著正相关 ,相关系数 0 .87( P<0 .0 0 1)。各个位点的 L AVPD测值均与对应的室壁运动记分呈显著负相关。 2 .冠心病组各位点的 L AVPD测值较正常对照组下降 ,且有局部运动异常的室壁对应位点L AVPD测值低于室壁运动正常的室壁对应位点测值 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :测量 L AVPD可用于评价左室收缩功能更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the value of left atrioventricular plane displacement(LAVPD)for evaluating left ventricular systolic function.Methods:Thirty patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and 20 healthy subjects were involved.The LAVPD was measured at four different sites corresponding to the septal,lateral,inferior and anterior wall by M mode.The left ventricular EF was measured at 2DE.The corresponding wall motion was analyzed and scored by color kinesis(CK)technology..Results:1 The mean LAVPD correlated linearly with LVEF in CHD patients( r =0 87, P <0 01).The LAVPD correlated negatively and linearly with corresponding wall motion score obtained by CK;2 All the CHD patients had a decreased LAVPD at all the sites compared to healthy subjects( P <0 05).The site corresponding to abnormal wall motion had a decreased LAVPD compared to the site corresponding to normal wall motion( P <0 05).Conclusions:The measurement of LAVPD can be used to evaluate the LV systolic function.更多还原
