【摘要】 目的:探讨本区综合性控烟干预和健康促进的总体模式,为今后进一步制定有效控烟干预策略提供依据。方法:分别于1998年、1999年对上海市虹口区广中街道35岁以上居民中,随机选择12837人,社区内1所街道医院中的医务人员和社区内全部中小学校的教师及两家试点企业内的工人和管理人员共1836人为干预对象,开展吸烟现状调查及控烟干预工作,并创建无烟单位,以此评价综合性干预措施的有效性。结果:干预前后人群总体吸烟率有所下降,但对“吸烟危害健康”的认知程度提高不明显。社区内创建无烟居委会达100％,并创建了1所无烟医院、2所无烟工厂、3所无烟学校,无烟孕产妇、婴幼儿家庭达75.3％。结论:本区实施的综合性控烟措施是行之有效的,但还需强化,重点加强健康教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the combined mode of the synthetic intervention of smoking control with the health promotion in Hongkou District so as to provide the basis for constituting effective smoking control intervenient strategy for the future. Methods: We randomly sampled 12 837 residenters who were over 35 years old from Guangzhou Community in Hongkou District, Shanghai in the year of 1998 and 1999 respectively. A-mong them we selected 1 936 people as the intervened object who were the doctors of the community s base-level hospital and totally the community s high school and primary school teachers as well as the workers and administrators of the community s two trial enterprises. To this object we carried out the cross sectional study of the smoking status and the intervention of the smoking control,and additionally set up non-smoking u-nits. According to above we have assessed the effectivity of the synthetic intervenient measure. Results:The crude smoking rate of the intervened population has lowered than before.However,the knowledge degree about that "smoking is harmful to the health"has not been enhanced remarkably. The rate of setting up non-smoking resident committees has reached 100% .A non-smoking hospital and two non-smoking factories and three non-smoking schools have been set up. The rate of non-smoking families which have the pregnant or parturient woman or infant has reached 75.3 % . Conclusion: The synthetic smoking control measure of District is effective but also need to be strengthened. The health education must be emphasized.更多还原
