小花碱茅茎适应盐胁迫的显微结构研究
Studies on the Microscopic Structure of Puccinellia tenuiflora Stem under Salinity Stress.
【摘要】 小花碱茅的茎对盐胁迫的适应性在显微结构上主要表现为茎的角质层、表皮层及机械组织加厚 ;维管束贴近茎边缘分布 ,髓腔所占比例较大 ;维管束的排列不很规则 ;维管束数目明显增多 ,导管的运输能力在高盐胁迫下显著提高
【Abstract】 The microscopic structure of Puccinellia tenuiflora stem was studied and the adapted characteristics were as follows: The cuticle, epidermis and mechanical stucture of the stem became thicker, vascular distributed nera the stem margin with the high ratio of marrowy fistula, the arragement of the vascular was irregular and the number of the vascular increased significantly. The transporting ability of the catheters improved dramatically under high salinity stress.
