【摘要】 目的 :报导短程大剂量格拉诺赛特 (rhG CSF)动员外周血造血干细胞 ,进行自体外周血造血干细胞移植 (APBSCT)治疗急性白血病。方法 :rhG CSF ,5 0 0 μg/d皮下注射 4天 ,第 5、6天单采外周血单个核细胞 (MNC) ,行CFU GM培养 ,CD34+细胞由流式细胞仪检测。予MAC方案处理 ,回输自体外周围血造血干细胞 (APBSC)。结果 :动员后CFU GM明显增高 ,CD34+细胞增多 ,骨髓造血功能重建迅速。结论 :短程大剂量格拉诺赛特在促进骨髓造血功能重建 ,具有重要作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To study mobilization of PBSC with short term high does Granocyte (rhG CSF) regimen for Autologous Peripheral Blood Stem Cell Transplantation (APBSCT) in acute leukemia. Methods:rhG CSF was given at 500 μg per day hypodermically for 4 consecutive days. Mononuclear cellswere isolated on day 5 and day 6. Mononuclear cell samples were assayedfor colony forming units granulocyte macrophage (CFU GM). CD34 + cells labelled from all the samples were sorted and counted by flow cytometry. The APBSC were infused back to patient who had under gone conditioning by MAC regimen. Results:The CD34 + cells and CFU GM increased markedly, after being and the hematopoietic reconstitution was rapid.Conclusions:It is significent of short term high dose granocyte regimen for auto PBSCT更多还原
