【摘要】 海口市 1985年孕产妇死亡率为 71.0 0 / 10万 ,比卫生部质量指标高 2 .37倍。为了改变这一状况 ,在市政府和各级领导的支持以及各有关部门的大力协助下 ,采取了一系列干预措施 ,使孕产妇死亡率逐年减少 ,1998年为13.19/ 10万 ,提前实现了在 1990年基础上下降 1/ 2的 NPA目标。总结了海口市降低孕产妇死亡率的主要做法和体会。更多还原

【Abstract】 The mortality of pregnant and lying in women in Haikou City was 71.00/1 000 000 in 1985, that was 2 37 fold as much as quality target of Health Department. In order to change this situation, with the support of city government and leadership at all levels and assistance of the departments concerned, the series measurements were carried out to reduce the mortality of pregnant and lying in women yearly. The mortality of 1998 was 13.19/1 000 000, the NPA target was carried out ahead of schedule that reduced to 1/2 on the basis of 1990. The authors concluded the main methods and their practice of reducing the mortality of pregnant and lying in women in Haikou City.更多还原
