【摘要】 目的　探讨野生型 P5 3激活片段 (WAF1 )在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及与肿瘤病理学的相关性。方法　用46例胶质瘤组织及 12例脑外伤组织 RNA逆转录 ,然后用 PCR定量检测 WAF1 m RNA。结果　脑外伤 WAF1 m R-NA全部表达 ,用激光扫描仪检测的总面积及百分面积均大于胶质瘤 ,两者有显著性差异。胶质瘤 WAF1 表达均在病理分级较低级别中。结论　 WAF1 的有无表达及定量多少可以作为判断脑胶质瘤恶性程度及预后的一个指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To quantitatively measure the expression of WAF 1 in human glioma and identify a pathological interaction between the expression of WAF 1 and the grade of alignancy. Methods Using the method of RNA reverse transcription to manage 46 brain gliomas and 12 brain contusion,then quantitatively measure WAF 1 mRNA of them with PCR. Results All brain contusion show WAF 1 mRAN,both total area and precent area of brain contusion measured by laser scanner are bigger than them of glioma.There are significant difference between the two groups. All the expression of WAF₁ in human glioma show in the low grade tumors. Conclusion Whether or not glioma express WAF₁ and numbers of WAF₁ expression may be targets that judge the malignant degree and prognosis of glioma.更多还原
