【摘要】 国家数字图书馆的建设 ,标志着我国图书馆事业即将进入一个全新的时代。由于数字图书馆馆藏形式、服务手段、服务功能发生了变化 ,必将带来包括法律方面在内的一些新问题。我国目前还没有一部专门的图书馆法 ,著作权法正在修改之中 ,为此 ,对图书馆应适当放宽著作权合理使用的范围 ,并要全面规范法定许可的条件 ,同时 ,数字图书馆也要依法保护自己的权利。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of national digital library symbolizes that Chinese library industry has entered a fully new era. The changes of the forms of storing the books, of the means of service, of the function of service inevitably brings forth some new problems including legal problems. China currently has not a special law of library and the law of copyright is being amended. Thus, the scope of rightfully using copyright by library should be widened and the condition of statutory permission should be completely regulated. In the meanwhile, digital library should also protect its own rights by law.更多还原
