【摘要】 用电感耦合等离子体质谱 ( ICP- MS)分析口腔颌面恶性肿瘤患者的头发、血清及肿瘤组织中 2 5种微量元素 .借助内标法校正由基体效应引起的系统误差 ,加入内标元素 Sc、In和 Tl分别修正质量数在 10 0以下、10 0～ 180和 180以上的元素测定 ,获得满意的结果 .为了检验方法的准确性 ,还测定了质控标准参照物人发 GBW0 910 1、牛血清 GBW( E) 0 90 0 0 6和牛肝 GBW( E) 0 80 193中微量元素的含量

【Abstract】 Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP\|MS) was used for the analysis of 25 trace elements in human hair,human serum and cancer from the patients with oral maxillofacial cancer. The matrix suppression effects were corrected in determination with satisfactory results by adding the internal standard elements Sc,In and Tl.In order to check further the accuracy of the method,three Standard Reference Material:GBW09101 Human Hair,GBW(E)090006 Bovine Serum and GBW(E)080193 Bovine Liver were also analysed.
