【摘要】 目的　检验津医精神运动成套测验 (JPB)在非缺碘地区学龄儿童中的实际应用效果。方法　在 1所小学中按智商水平 (高、中、低 )和学生成绩 (好和差 )分别选取 90名和 10 6名学生 ,分别进行 JPB测验。结果　按智商选取的学生中 ,低常组与中等组和超常组的 JPB成绩均有显著性差异 ;JPB与智商值 (IQ)成绩的相关系数为 0 .46 ;IQ <70的 JBP异常率为 2 5 %。按学习成绩选取的学生中 ,成绩好和差的两组间 JPB成绩有显著性差异 ;成绩差生的 JBP异常率为 16 .0 7%。结论　 JPB对在非缺碘地区智商低或学习差生中的精神功能异常亦有较强的筛查能力 ,表明 JPB在脑功能异常领域具有相当应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To examine actual effects of applying the JPB among school age children in non iodine deficiency area.Methods According to the intelligence quotient (IQ) levels (high,middle,low) and academic record (good or bad) of pupils,choose some pupils from a primary school,and then,make the JPB test to them separately.Results Among the pupils chosen based on their IQ level,there are significant differences between the JPB results of the pupils in sub normal group and in middle IQ group’s and between the JPB results of the pupils in sub normal group and in super normal group’s.The coefficient of their JPB and IQ mark is 0.46.Abnormal rate of the JPB is 25% when the pupil’s IQ marks are lower than 70.Among the pupils chosen based on their study results,there is a significant difference between the JPB results of the good and bad pupils.Abnormal rate of the JPB tested in lower mark pupils is 16.07%.Conclusions The JPB also has a stronger screening ability to psychomotor function abnormal when it is used among the low IQ or low mark pupils in non iodine deficiency area.This indicates the JPB has a certain appliance prospects in the field of brain function abnormal.更多还原
