【摘要】 目的 从形态学上判定淋巴管肌脂瘤病 (L ym phangioleiom yomastosis,L AM)细胞与平滑肌细胞的关联性。方法 用荧光抗体染色法和激光共焦显微镜观察收缩蛋白在 L AM细胞的分布。结果  α平滑肌肌动蛋白 (α- sm ooth m uscle actin,α- SMA)、平滑肌肌球蛋白重链 (sm ooth m uscle myosin heavy chains,SMHC)、结蛋白(desmin)和非肌性肌球蛋白重链 B(nonmuscle m yosin heavy chain B,NMHC- B)存在于 L AM细胞。结论L AM细胞属平滑肌细胞类型。这为进一步研究激素及其它药物对 L AM细胞收缩蛋白产生的影响奠定了基础

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this investigate was to analyze the morphology of Lymphangioleiomyomastosis (LAM) cells grown in culture and to identify the correlation between LAM cell and smooth muscle cell.Methods Fluorescence staining and confocal microscopy were used to study the distribution of contractile proteins in LAM cell.Results The results obtained showed the α smooth muscle actin,smooth muscle myosin heavy chains,nonmuscle myosin heavy chain ⅡB,and desmin were present in LAM cells.Conclusions The results confirm the identification of LAM cells as smooth muscle cell and will help to serve as a base for comparisons with alterations that may be produced in these proteins by exposure of cultured LAM cells to hormones and other drugs.
