【摘要】 目的　对精神运动功能检查项目进行筛选。方法　对柞水县 6～ 14岁病因不明轻度弱智儿童、病因已明轻度弱智儿童、智商边缘型儿童及其对照组进行精神运动功能检查。结果　 1所有弱智儿童、智商边缘型儿童的复杂精神运动功能均与对照组之间差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;2病因不明轻度弱智儿童的简单精神运动功能也与正常对照组之间存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,而病因已明弱智儿童、智商边缘型儿童的简单精神运动功能与其对照组之间差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　在亚克汀病诊断中 ,在使用系统性较高的成套精神运动功能测验成绩做为诊断指标时 ,必须依据病史调查资料 ,对有明确病史者均应从亚克汀病可疑病人中剔除。此外 ,在对精神运动功能检查项目进行筛选研究中 ,对简单精神运动功能检查项目应给予充分重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Screen psychomotor function test items.Methods Psychomotor function was tested for cause unknown mental retarded (MR) children,cause known MR children,marginal children and the controlled groups of 6~14 years old in Zashui county.Results ①There was significant difference in complex psychomotor function between MR children and normal children,as well as between marginal children and their controlled group.②There was significant difference in simple psychomotor function between caused unknown MR children and normal children,but there was no significant difference between cause known MR children and normal children,as well as between marginal children and controlled group.Conclusions When whole set of psychomotor function test is used to diagnose subcretin,cause known children should be eliminated from suspicious subcretins according to their disease history.Furthermore,to screen psychomotor function test items,simpl psychomotor function test items should be paid more attention.
